The Insight Mentoring process is a unique opportunity to
explore the nature of Reality and the experience of Realization
-- and to recognize and celebrate our own essential nature.  

Based on Metta's extraordinary experience of spontaneous
awakening into Awareness,  the mentoring process is a
strategy for dismantling the cycle of restless seeking which
keeps us from recognizing the inherent completeness of
Reality within the present moment.  
 
By sharing the mirror of your experience with Metta in a
gentle process of open inquiry, reflection and dialogue,
you are invited into a natural recognition of your own
essential nature as it manifests within the present moment.  

It is this insight that lies at the heart of the "Open Secret": 
      Reality, exactly as it manifests in the present moment,
      within our own innate natural Awareness, is none
      other than THAT which we have been seeking.

Scheduling a Mentoring Session
Please note: In recent months, my availability for mentoring
sessions has been significantly limited by my current
commitments, both personal and professional.  (For more
information, see my most recent note to web site visitors.)

In light of this, the best way for us to keep in touch will be
through my mailing lists. This will allow me to continue
sharing with you on a regular basis, and then notify you
when my schedule opens up for mentoring sessions again.
